
Account Sales Manager role in Tokyo providing trading solutions to corporate treasury, banks and brokers. It's also possible to work from home.
Responsibilities
You will be part of the Sales and Account Management Team and directly reporting to our COO Asia Pacific in Singapore.
Manage clients in the dedicated sales area; retain and increase existing business.
Achieve annual sales and revenue growth targets.
Identify business opportunities from new and existing clients.
Generate new leads and expand the footprint.
Initial troubleshooting of non-technical problems

Your profile
Sales / Account Management Skills: Ability to demonstrate account management planning to maintain and develop existing customer business
Reliable and capable of creating customer loyalty and performance through a consultative approach and ability to identify client business requirements.
Proven track record in selling treasury and/or trading solutions to the financial community.
Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skills
Service and detail-oriented.
Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player
Qualifications
Fluent in Japanese and English, other languages are a plus.
ACI Diploma or ACI Dealing Certificate is a plus
Educational Requirements
Higher education in banking, business administration, computer science or equivalent
Experience Requirements
5 – 10 years of experience in global market sales & trading or other treasury environment or financial service industry
