Responsibilities
Job Description / Responsibilities
・Create business expansion strategies (IVI, other areas)
・Awareness of Japanese customer business procedures & processes
・Create Company Service explanation/proposal documents
・Provide high-level technical support to onsite projects teams
・Knowledge of project management & experience in handling teams (~10 team members)
・Co-ordination with International teams (Offshore teams)
・Assessing project requirements & specifications with clients
・Self-driven, self-organized & motivated. Should work closely with an existing customer or new customer for the business win.

Experience
・The Person in this role should be able to handle customer communication both in Japanese & English
・10-15 years of experience in the industry (Automotive, Software)
・Preference to Japanese native speaking (English is 2nd preference)
・Understanding vehicle functional knowledge and ECU functionality is preferred
