
Account Manager

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Responsible for Japan OEM key accounts, primarily focusing on RNM relation management, client products and needs analysis. Japan OEMs market analysis, and competitive intelligence analysis, to support customer strategy update.
Responsibilities
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Fully understand clients including their products, needs and organization to represent the “voice of customer”
Support to develop sales strategy of Driveline and Steering to grow the business, focusing on clients, mainly RNM
To lead to develop sales strategy of Driveline and Steering to start the business with Toyota and Honda
To lead to pursuit Driveline and Steering new vehicle projects of RNM
Develop proposal strategies, maximize value of the product and deliver sales revenue
Work together with Product Engineer to identify sales opportunities including negotiate
prices for engineering changes, prototypes and premiums with customer purchasing to
support profitability improvement
Gather and communicate competitive information for commercial and technical intelligence
Forecast business opportunities for short term and long-term planning
Be part of the Japan Sales Team and coordinate with regional Sales initiatives
Manage of targeted customer relations, build customer intimacy.

Bachelor’s degree, major in Mechanical, Electronics, Management, or Economy
Experience Requirements
1. 5 years of sales experience in the auto industry, with successful experience in sales or equivalent client interface
2. Technical experience or background in the auto industry is highly preferred
