Stepfirst is a service of TAO Group.  Our company was originally founded in 2007 as TAO Executive Search, and our Japan office was opened in 2009. 

We are licensed by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare to provide recruitment services in Japan. (Licence number 14 – ユ – 300740)

Stepfirst specializes in talent management and recruitment solutions. We work with all businesses, large and small, to help provide the best services possible.  

While recruitment is not rocket science, it can be a lengthy and complex task.  Particularly for those who do not regularly screen candidates for their organization.
